Regional General Manager

Leading the development and execution of regional growth strategies, the full-time Regional General Manager will oversee profit and growth targets for Personal Lines and Small Commercial, while managing agency relationships and operational results in a remote capacity preferred from Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, or Maryland. Key responsibilities Develops and executes regional growth and profitability strategies while aligning with overall Independent Agent Distribution growth strategy Maintains effective business relationships with agencies to attract and retain profitable business, directing marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives Drives employee engagement and development, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability among staff and agency partners Required qualifications At least 10 years of independent agency channel experience within Commercial and/or Personal Lines, including P&L management Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA and industry designations are desirable Proven experience in Region Management with strong business acumen and a track record of achieving results Demonstrated strategic orientation with the ability to anticipate changes and maximize opportunities Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively
