About the Role Have your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and a passion for serving others? This Client Service Excellence Center associate supports Vanguard clients via inbound phone calls, assisting with account‑related needs and ensuring a positive client experience. Work Model This fully remote position requires that all work be performed from within the state of Louisiana. Licensing Requirement You must hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Responsibilities Partner with clients via inbound calls to address a wide range of financial inquiries. Lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems and provide accurate solutions. Collaborate with internal departments on initiatives that improve the client and crew experience. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of customer‑facing or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal skills. Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and an aptitude for anticipating needs. Learning mindset and desire to continuously build knowledge. High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree. Series 7 and 63 licensing required; additional regulatory registrations may be required. Commitment to a long‑term career in client service. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range of $62,000–$72,000 with quarterly performance‑based bonuses and company bonuses. Licensing bonus $20,000 for bringing active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. Milestone rewards: $10,000 at 3‑year anniversary, $20,000 at 5‑year anniversary, and $20,000 every 5 years thereafter.
