What You Will Do Provide direct patient care during emergency conditions Administer medications and treatments according to protocol Document assessments, vitals, and interventions with accuracy Support patient and family communication and education Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Maintain regulatory compliance and charting standards Work in high pressure situations while maintaining excellent care Qualifications Current Texas RN license in good standing Two or more years of Emergency Room nursing experience required BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association Strong computer skills including EMR or EPM systems Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Dependable, team oriented, and comfortable with rapid pace care Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
