Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing diverse modalities, from cognitive behavioral therapy to mindfulness practices, to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and maintain ongoing evaluations of their progress to ensure effective care.

• Deliver teletherapy services, maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism in virtual settings while making therapy accessible.

• Document sessions accurately and securely, adhering to ethical standards and practice guidelines.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including attending workshops and training, to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele at Rockwell Psychotherapy covers a broad spectrum, including— but not limited to— adults experiencing trauma, significant stress, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Our therapists utilize a strengths-based approach focused on empowering clients to achieve their wellness goals in a safe and non-judgmental setting.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role is competitive, falling within the salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Benefits include:
