Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Emergency Medicine Physician (Site Leader) , you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Omaha , specializing in diagnosing and treating paitients making a significant impact on their lives and families.

Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of children and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Hospitalist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex patients, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

• 8-12 Hour Shifts
• 144 Hours a Month
• APP Coverage During Peak Hours
• Support from Hospitalist and Intensivisit
• EPIC EMR
• Volume/Trauma Level Varies by Hospital

Job Requirements

• Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Nebraska
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
