Call Center Agent

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Call Center Agent will schedule blood donation appointments, contact donors to encourage repeat donations, and maintain accurate records while providing compassionate customer service. Key Responsibilities: Schedule prospective blood donors by making phone calls to arrange donation appointments Contact active and former donors to enhance donation frequency and meet collection goals Coordinate reminder calls, follow-ups, and maintain accurate donor records Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year of telephone and customer service or telemarketing experience required Computer experience and excellent customer service skills required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
