Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through video consultations or phone sessions, eliciting detailed histories and understanding presenting issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each client's therapeutic goals and evidence-based practices, adapting approaches as required.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-supported interventions.

• Facilitate regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, reassess goals, and provide guidance in a supportive and empathetic manner.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of casework and client interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
