Customer Service Rep

Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Hybrid in one of these locations (Clayton, MO; White Plains, NY; NYC; Dallas, TX; Madison, WI; Wilmington, DE)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Pay: 20/hr, W 28:30am - 5pm CST but flexible a bit in each direction6 months--potential to convert 40 hours per week with potential for OT when needed
Summary:
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team with back-end tasks, such as invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.
- Proactively manage order process.
Requirements :
- A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience. (This must be highlighted in the resume's job history)
- Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
