This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential of $160,000–$300,000+ annually, based on individual sales performance.Strong performers build genuine relationships while keeping the appointment moving toward a decision. Success requires the ability to listen, lead the conversation, and confidently ask for the sale.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate has experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor, HVAC Sales Representative, or residential in-home sales professional.HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.Proven in-home salespeople from roofing, windows, siding, solar, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, pest control, painting, automotive, and other high-ticket industries will also be considered.HVAC experience is preferred, but strong sales ability, initiative, accountability, and follow-through are just as important.Required QualificationsYou must be comfortable working independently, managing customer appointments, discussing pricing, handling objections, and following through without constant reminders.A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
