Field Sales Representative - Industrial

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking to hire a Field Service Representative for the Maryland region to sell a wide range of industrial products, software, and services in the weighing and automation markets. The role involves managing sales of both low and high‑end equipment through direct and partner channels, supporting short and long sales cycles. What You'll Do Develop and execute account penetration plans to create opportunities and aggressively pursue sales goals. Engage proactively with assigned accounts, utilizing company resources and collaborating with sales counterparts to expand relationships and account knowledge. Prepare and deliver sales presentations both virtually and in-person, promoting MT as a trusted partner. Understand and respond to customer needs to support account growth and promptly resolve complaints to retain business. Organize and optimize selling time for effective territory coverage and develop innovative sales strategies to meet objectives. Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve financial goals while minimizing discounting.
