Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role is a replacement position and offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting a diverse portfolio of group accounts ranging from 5 to 300 lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits experience with Employee Navigator and fluency in Spanish. This position plays a critical role in assisting producers with client meetings managing group enrollments and providing exceptional service to clients and their employees.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $65000 - $75000 annually
• Remote Work : Fully remote position with equipment provided
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package to be discussed during the hiring process

Responsibilities

• Assist producers with client meetings for both renewals and enrollments
• Set up and manage groups in Employee Navigator
• Prepare renewal meeting presentations and enrollment presentations
• Market accounts and provide quotes for new and renewal business
• Support clients and employees with ID cards claims terminations and qualifying life events
• Manage a book of business consisting of 12-15 group accounts
• Ensure seamless group enrollment processes and provide ongoing client support

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations : Life & Health (L&H) license required
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits with a focus on group enrollments
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Employee Navigator software
• Language Skills : Bilingual in Spanish (required)
