Insurance Services Rep I (Remote)

Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience, Prior Revenue Cycle, Healthcare billing or insurance.
• Education: HS Degree or Equivalent
• Certifications: None
• Other: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge, Communication and customer service skills.
