Site Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

Location Location Note: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations. Many schools hide operations behind closed doors, committee decisions, and bureaucratic layers. This position is designed for someone who can be approachable without being lenient, systematic without relying solely on procedures, and self-assured without distancing themselves from hands‑on work. You will take ownership of nearly everything beyond classroom instruction: family communication, attendance management, campus security, facility oversight, meal coordination, technology support, event execution, and the minor issues that escalate into major ones without prompt action. You will not be surrounded by a large on‑site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, remote assistance, and established standards, but you must be capable of rapid learning, effective resource use, and sound real‑time decision‑making. What You Will Be Doing Serve as the primary trusted contact for parents, students, staff, and campus visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication. Take ownership of daily campus operations, including morning arrival, afternoon dismissal, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, campus cleanliness, event logistics, and facilities maintenance follow‑through. Address safety protocols and student wellness requirements, including entry control, emergency drills, health‑related incidents, record‑keeping, and family notifications. Oversee student technology and essential campus systems, including device configuration, account assistance, issue diagnosis, data backups, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support teams. Cultivate trust with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding established standards. What You Won’t Be Doing Staying out of sight in an administrative office while others manage parent and student interactions. Delivering classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing academic curriculum. Deferring to a supervisor before taking action on every matter. Routing operational decisions through multiple meetings when the campus requires an immediate response. Viewing facilities, technology, vendor relations, or meal services as outside your scope. Site Coordinator Key Responsibilities Deliver a secure, efficient, and welcoming campus environment that builds confidence among students, parents, and staff on a daily basis.
