LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is seeking a dependable detail-oriented and service-minded Human

Resources Coordinator to support our Atlantic Coast district based in Jacksonville FL .

This position serves as the districts primary HR resource facilitating day-to-day human resources activities and supporting the needs of employees and managers while working closely with our Corporate Human Resources team.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate district HR activities : Serve as the primary local HR resource responding to HR inquiries facilitating employee-related processes and ensuring day-to-day HR needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.
• Support hiring and onboarding : Assist with district hiring activities coordinate pre-employment requirements and facilitate new employee orientation to ensure a positive and organized onboarding experience.
• Assist with employee-related processes : Support HR documentation and administrative activities involving employee records personnel changes benefits enrollment and other district HR needs.
• Support HR compliance : Help ensure district HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment requirements working closely with Corporate HR on leave administration workplace accommodations workers compensation and employee relations matters.
• Partner with district leadership : Work closely with managers and supervisors to address HR-related needs facilitate employee matters and ensure timely completion of required activities.
• Provide district-wide support : Travel occasionally to other locations within the district to assist with HR-related activities and initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of administrative experience required.
• Previous experience in Human Resources employee services or office administration including familiarity with HR policies and employment regulations strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
• A professional approachable and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Valid drivers license and ability to meet LifeSouths driving eligibility requirements for occasional travel within the district.

Starting Pay Range : $20.25 -$22.28 per hour.

Work Location : Jacksonville Florida with occasional travel to other district locations.
