Clerical Aide | Administrative Support

ProSidian seeks a Clerical Aide | Administrative Support for program support on a contract basis located CONUS - Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting a Los Fresnos, Texas Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) which serves approximately 10,565 students across 14 schools. Recognized for strong academic performance, the district offers 18 Advanced Placement courses and has been named a National Advanced Placement District of the Year. In 2019, it received an "A" rating from the Texas Education Agency, reflecting high student achievement and progress.

Provide services and support as an Administrative Support Services (Clerical Aide) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world).

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence.
  • Support data entry and document formatting.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics

The role is located in the Mid Atlantic Region at or near CONUS - Charlotte, NC. Work site address: 600 East 4th Street Charlotte, NC 28202.

Desired qualifications for Clerical Aide | Administrative Support candidates:

  • Entry-level clerical or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with office software and equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 02 years of relevant experience.

Skills required:

  • Primarily focused on professional and management development training initiatives and aligned with 205 activities 205 functional area activities.
  • Attention to detail, typing accuracy, time management.

Competencies required:

  • Reliability, adaptability, communication skills, professionalism.

Ancillary details of the roles:

  • May be required to handle confidential documents.
  • Position may involve basic data verification tasks.

Other requirements:

  • Business tools understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
