Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Admin Support in Charlotte, NC Employment Type: Contract Location: Onsite - Charlotte, NC 28269 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay rate: $21-$23/hr Responsibilities Provide data management and accounts receivable support Assist with job management and administrative coordination Support warranty registration, claims processing, and cost recovery activities Create and manage purchase orders and parts orders Process credit memos, invoice cancellations, and cost transfers Maintain organized company records, documents, and operational materials Follow standard work instructions and company procedures accurately Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding administrative matters Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Experience in HVAC or a service-based organization preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant administrative or shared services experience. Knowledge of SalesForce.com and SAP S4-Hana preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established procedures consistently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
