Senior Space Law Counsel - Govt Contracts & M&A
Rocket Lab
Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in Long Beach, California. This role involves managing contractual and operational legal matters, providing support for mergers and acquisitions, and advising on global trade compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (JD) and be a member of the California State Bar, with a minimum of 12 years of legal experience. Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with government contracts are preferred.
