Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid EC General Curriculum Licensure (required)
• Experience with resource, pull out, and inclusion models
• Skilled in supporting 3rd to 5th grade students, especially those with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for 17 students
• Provide instruction in both small-group and inclusion classroom settings
• Deliver resource and pull-out services as needed
• Work closely with general educators, aides, and families to ensure student success
• Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
