Job Summary We’re currently seeking a detail‑obsessed Sous Chef to motivate an amazing team while managing daily operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch kitchen. Responsibilities Assist in all manner of food prep. Supervise line staff. Manage inventory. Provide on‑the‑spot solutions during service. Maintain kitchen operations and uphold standards of cleanliness and safety. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years related culinary experience. Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of culinary operations. Strong leadership and proven track record of guest and team member engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication. Flexible and able to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation. Pay $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
