Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and experience to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses based on thorough assessments of patients, integrating their histories, behaviors, and emotional states.

• Develop tailored, patient-centered treatment plans by engaging clients in goal-setting conversations and leveraging evidence-based treatment methodologies including motivational interviewing and problem-solving approaches.

• Implement targeted behavioral interventions customized to each client’s unique needs, continually assessing their progress through systematic tracking and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care that addresses all aspects of a patient's health.

• Monitor the efficacy of treatment interventions and support medication management strategies, working closely with medical providers to enhance adherence and address potential side effects.

The clients you will support at our Detox Center are individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders and other related mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in New York State.
