We’re on the lookout for a motivated and talented Executive Sous Chef or rising Chef de Cuisine with a passion for authentic, ingredient-driven Italian cooking and the ability to guide a skilled, collaborative kitchen brigade. - Strong knowledge of scratch Italian cooking techniques
- Natural leader who inspires accountability and teamwork
- Passionate about food culture and staying current with trends and classics
