High volume, high-end concept is seeking a Restaurant Executive Chef! This person should have a passion for only the best quality products!
Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in BOH
- Review P&Ls and ensure costs are inline
- Train and develop team members and sous chefs
- Create a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests
Restaurant Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Scratch kitchen in an upscale casual Italian environment required
- High volume experience
- Solid background of good tenure (no more than 2 jobs in past 5 years)
- Positive attitude and the ability to lead a large team
- Have a solid understanding of sales and revenue
