Employment structure: Full-time Location: Austin, TX Experience level: Entry level; 0–2 years preferred Role Summary TESIM Electric is seeking a Project Administrator to support project managers and field leaders with accurate records, communication, and administrative follow-through. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You’ll Do Set up project folders, forms, contact lists, and recurring reports. Process routine project paperwork, meeting minutes, receipts, and document logs. Track due dates and follow up on open administrative items. Help assemble turnover packages, manuals, warranties, and closeout files. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 0–2 years in an office, school, customer service, or administrative setting. Comfort organizing digital files and working with Word, Excel, and email. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and clear communication.
