## Office Services Associate**Location:** San Francisco, CA **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $22.00 – $25.00/hourWe are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and team-oriented Office Services Associate to support daily operations for our legal client firm in San Francisco, CA. This is a highly cross-functional role that plays an important part in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace environment.### Key Responsibilities* Support hospitality functions, including conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and events* Maintain office pantries by restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness and organization* Assist with ordering and inventory management of office and hospitality supplies* Provide backup reception coverage as needed, including greeting guests and assisting visitors with professionalism and courtesy* Support mailroom and print services functions, stepping in whenever additional assistance is needed* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily office operations and deliver an exceptional client and employee experience### Qualifications & Skills* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a hospitality-focused mindset* Ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment* Flexible and willing to support multiple operational areas as business needs evolve* Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods throughout the workdayCustomer service is at the heart of our culture, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a high level of support and professionalism to both employees and visitors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
