Short Description
We're seeking a Media Buyer to organize and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on scaling performance, improving key metrics, and collaborating closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for fast-growing consumer brands.
Compensation: Competitive salary in USD

Responsibilities
- Organize and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS
- Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video)
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
- Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive
Qualifications (Must Haves)
- 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, or paid media
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies
