Job Overview A law firm seeks a Banking and Finance Associate with three to seven years of experience to join their practice in Austin, TX. The role involves representing lenders and borrowers in various debt financings, including private credit transactions and syndicated credit facilities. Duties Represent clients in domestic and international debt financings. Engage in private credit transactions and receivables financings. Handle structured credit and distressed financings. Participate in syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings. Requirements Three to seven years of relevant law firm experience. Highly motivated with superior client service skills. Member of the Bar in a U.S. State. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Bar membership in a U.S. State. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Bar membership in a U.S. State. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
