Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and client needs.

• Facilitate consultations in the formulation of crisis plans and behavioral guidelines, ensuring clients understand positive behavior plans and treatment options.

• Confirm all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet required regulatory standards.

• Work closely within the multidisciplinary clinical team to implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing therapeutic outcomes for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, collaborating with state agencies and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Establish and maintain strong communication channels to fulfill contract standards while promoting our clinic’s mission within the local community.

• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Pursue continuous professional growth by attending workshops, conferences, and participating in statewide committees related to mental health.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs within the team and our clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
