What You’ll Do Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required Assist with technical issues at customer sites, bring any issues to the customers’ attention and put together a plan for corrective action, ensuring the sales account manager is kept informed Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required Ensure customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs Report safety metrics to customer What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years relevant industrial experience Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record 5 years of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility Within a commutable distance to Riegelwood, NC Perks Competitive health + wellness benefit plan Continuous professional development with many opportunities for growth!
