Customer Experience Consultant

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to manage the execution of internal business processes across multiple cross-functional teams. In this role, you will ensure our market requirements for quality, accuracy, and timeliness are met efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal functional partners, collaborating to research and resolve internal, member, and customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities Process & RFP Management: Coordinate and execute internal business processes related to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and account renewals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Underwriting, Proposal Development, and Account Management teams to ensure benefit structures and rates are accurate and critical deadlines are met. Quality Assurance: Audit final RFP submissions, Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents, and installation paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Case Installation: Lead regional business processes related to the confirmation and installation of sold renewals, ensuring downstream partners have accurate documentation for system setup. Issue Resolution: Act as the central liaison to research and resolve complex inquiries, rate issues, and post-installation workflows to ensure an exceptional experience at the point of service. Process Improvement: Complete comprehensive post-installation quality checks to mitigate rework, conduct root cause analysis, and share learnings with internal teams. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field (extensive relevant experience may be substituted for a degree; High School Diploma/GED required). Industry Experience: 2+ years of account service and/or case installation/implementation experience within the health insurance industry.
