We are looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations for an on-site team. This is a Contract position focused on coordinating recruiting activity, maintaining employee documentation, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The role is ideal for someone who communicates effectively in English and Spanish, handles confidential information with care, and stays organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hiring activities by advertising openings, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, participating in recruiting events, and helping move new hires through the onboarding process.

• Maintain organized employee records in both paper and electronic formats, ensuring personnel data is accurate and updated promptly in HR systems.

• Support weekly and biweekly payroll administration for a range of employee types, including exempt, nonexempt, and contract staff.

• Respond to employee and candidate questions related to workplace policies, pay, benefits, and hiring procedures with clear and respectful communication.

• Track recruiting and onboarding information to help monitor progress, maintain compliance, and support day-to-day HR operations.

• Assist with routine HR administrative functions that keep departmental processes efficient, accurate, and well documented

• At least 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing, or payroll administration.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Prior experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing, construction, industrial, or similarly fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.

• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and follow through on operational and administrative tasks.

• Experience with interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, and time management in an HR setting is highly valued.
