K-8 Life-Skills Motivation Coach

Crossover is hiring a Student Learning Coach to work on-site at a multi-campus Alpha K-8 program. You will facilitate one-hour life-skills workshops, conduct daily motivation sessions, and coach students toward weekly targets using Coachbot data and Alpha’s reward structures. The role is full-time, Contractor of Record, with a $60 per hour rate equating to about $120,000 yearly.
