Job Overview
As the Director of Hospitality , you will serve as the heart of our facility, ensuring every interaction with residents, families, and visitors is memorable. Your role as the front-facing representative of our community is essential in creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and at home. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our community, guiding potential residents through the facility and establishing meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals. 

Your focus will be on personalizing each resident's stay, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with families to enhance their experience. By fostering open communication and addressing any concerns promptly and empathetically, you’ll help create an atmosphere of trust and satisfaction for everyone involved. 

In addition, you will play a key role in showcasing our exceptional care and vibrant community spirit. This includes gathering and highlighting testimonials and Google reviews, as well as sharing engaging posts on social media that reflect the positive experiences of our patients and their families. Your proactive approach will ensure that each resident feels at home, while families gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones are receiving the highest level of care.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Be the Face of Our Facility : Greet and welcome all visitors, residents, and families, setting a positive tone from the first contact. 

• Relationship Building : Cultivate strong connections with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance experiences and satisfaction. 

• Community Engagement : Host engaging tours for potential residents and families, showcasing the warmth of our community and the benefits of our care. 

• Social Media Presence : Share inspiring stories and updates on our social media platforms, showcasing our commitment to care and gathering testimonials from residents and families. 

• Creative Solutions : Innovate ways to customize resident and family experiences, ensuring every interaction is unique and anxiety-free. 

• Customer Experience Excellence : Elevate every touchpoint with personalized and compassionate interactions that exceed expectations. 

• Feedback Gathering : Actively solicit reviews and testimonials from residents and families to continuously improve our services and celebrate our successes. 

• Weekly Collaboration : Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, brainstorm new ideas, and enhance our service offerings. 

• Problem Solving : Serve as a go-to resource for families and residents, addressing concerns promptly and empathetically.

Qualifications:  

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.

• No medical or clinical background required to apply for this role.

• Any type of hospitality experience is a plus but not necessary.

• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to enhancing experiences.
