Treasury Associate

Treasury Associate | Hybrid | Atlanta, GA Aprio is partnering with a well-established, internationally recognized real estate development and investment firm based in downtown Atlanta to find a Treasury Associate for a high-visibility, direct hire opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing: Process documentation for new bank account setup and changes across multiple banking platforms Prepare daily cash reports and update wire summary reports weekly Track cash disbursements and receipts across parent entities and subsidiaries Maintain Positive Pay records and make daily exception decisions Manage KYC documentation compilation and vendor wire/ACH payment instructions Monitor and track debt payments and update debt management software monthly Maintain relationships with banking client service specialists across approximately 18 banking partners Support business license applications, renewals, and annual entity registrations Assist with external audit requests and cash management compliance Support ongoing treasury and accounting initiatives including a Yardi payment integration rollout What We’re Looking For: For 3–5 years of treasury experience — banking or financial institution background preferred At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong communicator — executive-facing exposure required Yardi experience highly preferred Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency — Excel required Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-star Able to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Aprio Talent Solutions
