Scope of Work Contribute subject-matter expertise to evaluate and generate high-quality M&A legal content for AI system training. Review and analyze real-world M&A scenarios, contracts, and litigation cases to identify key legal principles and risk factors. Conduct comprehensive legal research spanning corporate law, M&A, and private equity matters. Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide nuanced legal perspectives and feedback. Participate in quality assurance processes to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs. Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts in accessible written and verbal formats. Support the continuous improvement of project deliverables by applying industry best practices and innovative thinking. Preferred Qualifications US-qualified attorney with recent experience at a top-tier law firm specializing in M&A and corporate transactions. Demonstrated expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment. Strong foundation in corporate law, private equity, and related litigation matters. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment. Experience with quality assurance, legal content review, or training rubrics (a plus, but not required).
