Job ID: SRJ_7631Posted: 2025-09-26Location: Raritan, NJ - Remote, United StatesEmployment Type: C2CIndustry: Computer SoftwareClient: WiproContact: Meghana GorusuCompany: SRI Tech SolutionsRole:Databricks with Workday Prism integration ExpLocation: Remote -Raritan, NJ (Day 1 Onsite)Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks to ingest, transform, and load employee-related data into Workday Prism Analytics.Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and timely data integration.Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using PySpark, SQL, and Databricks notebooks.Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all integrated systems.Monitor and optimize performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot integration issues.Maintain documentation of data flows, transformation logic, and integration architecture.Support Workday Prism dataset creation, transformation, and reporting.Stay current with Workday and Databricks platform updates and best practices.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in data integration or data engineering roles.Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including dataset creation and transformation.Proficiency in Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, and Python.Experience integrating data from HR systems (e.g., Workday HCM, payroll, benefits platforms).Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.Familiarity with Workday Studio or Workday EIBs.Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning metrics.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
