Paralegal

We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to join our law firm in Dallas. It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in various projects and cases. Working as a Paralegal you will be involved in a wide range of legal projects, including research, document preparation, case management, and client communication. This role is vital to the success of our legal team, and your contributions will directly impact the outcomes of our cases. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
• Manage and organize case files and documents.
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of exhibits and evidence for court presentations.
• Review and summarize legal documents and case reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
