Job Details 3+ years patent prosecution experience Strong familiarity with USPTO filing procedures Experience managing dockets and patent portfolios Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment Draft, proof, and finalize patent applications and prosecution filings Handle USPTO electronic filings, submissions, and formalities Manage patent portfolios and track applications through the full prosecution cycle Monitor and maintain docket deadlines and proactively update attorneys Prepare IDS filings and prosecution-related documents Coordinate foreign filings, drawings, and certified copies as needed Communicate directly with clients on deadlines, updates, and status reporting Assist with office action responses and related research Partner closely with docketing to ensure nothing slips through the cracks Interested in hearing more?
