About Our Agency: I opened my State Farm agency in 2007 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I've been with State Farm my entire career, starting in Finance and interning right out of college before eventually pursuing my dream of agency ownership. I'm married with three daughters, and my husband a third-generation insurance agent now works alongside me in the business. I'm bilingual and a proud graduate of St. Ambrose University, where I earned both my B.A. in Accounting and my MBA. Outside the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my family or doting on our toy poodle. I'm passionate about community involvement and proudly sponsor Dream Catchers, an organization that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
