Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Process payroll and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with preparing financial reports.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP system.
• Proficient in general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
• Demonstrated experience with inventory management and cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and cost accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with payroll processing for a manufacturing workforce
• Knowledge of manufacturing-specific compliance requirements (e.g., safety regulations, environmental reporting)
