Salary Range: $49,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and facilitate customer collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.
• Prepare and post journal entries for various financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with double-entry bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for financial transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles relevant to production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
