ResponsibilitiesDevelop go-to-market strategies for Esri productsSpearhead the communication strategy for changes in product functionality, lifecycle, and pricing, both internally and externally, including at events and/or tradeshowsUnderstand user and buyer needs to create personas, positioning, and messagingLead, coordinate, and execute product launches, product releases, internal communications, and multi-channel enablementPartner with cross-functional teams throughout the product life cycle to communicate key product information as well as drive awareness and adoption of Esri technologyCreate engaging content, including web pages, videos, case studies, press releases, advertisements, and product resourcesProvide insight into competitive capabilitiesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators to measure product performance in market Requirements2+ years of experience in product, industry, or corporate marketing; communications; business development; consulting; or similar fieldProven verbal and written communications skills; ability to understand and effectively convey technical information in a non-technical mannerStrong interpersonal skills and thrives in a cross-functional team environmentExperience with current marketing software, systems, and toolsUnderstanding of common marketing concepts and best practices with experience in applying that knowledge strategically and tacticallyStrong project management and problem-solving skills with experience in successfully leading programs or highly visible projectsSelf-starter, detail-oriented and task-orientedAble to successfully manage multiple priorities with guidance from leadershipAbility to travel 10-20% for strategic meetings, events and/or tradeshowsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldVisa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
