Product Marketing Manager

Role Description
Respondology is a scaling SaaS company working with some of the world’s biggest brands to help them protect their communities online and gain clarity from the noise of social media. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can connect the value of our technology to the people who use it, shaping how our story is told and ensuring our products stand out in the market. This is a chance to join a small, ambitious team where your work will directly influence our growth.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of how to position SaaS products in a way that resonates with customers and prospects
- Experience translating technical concepts into simple, compelling stories that drive adoption and engagement
- Track record of launching successful go-to-market campaigns and supporting product rollouts
- Skilled at building clear, effective sales enablement tools (decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards)
- Ability to analyze the market, customers, and competitors to inform messaging and positioning
- Highly motivated and resourceful, able to navigate ambiguous environments and shifting priorities
- Strong collaboration skills with product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field — or equivalent work experience
- 4–6 years of proven product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a startup environment
- Demonstrated experience bringing products to market and executing go-to-market strategies
- Previous experience in the social, moderation, or marketing technology space

Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000 DOE + bonus
