Job Description
Client has a great opportunity for an HR Generalist in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This position is on-site only, the ideal candidate will be located in the general area.

Responsibilities

Support and drive human resources People initiatives in the Smyrna, TN Client's Plant.
Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives.
Help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross functional plant teams including One Voice and Diversity and Inclusion.
Be a key resource for employees needing Human Resources support.
Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks including internal and external recruitment, career fairs and employee event engagement.

Must Have

Self-directed, creative and willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
Enjoy working with others within a career in Human Resources.
A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related field of study.
Experience or interest in Project Management
Preferred Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Mircosoft360
