Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Physiocare, you will take the lead in delivering tailored therapy solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and clinical best practices.
• Continuously monitoring and reassessing patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical findings and patient feedback.
• Documenting patient interactions, treatment notes, and progress summaries using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educating patients and their families through the recovery process, providing insights into overcoming potential challenges.
• Meeting established business objectives and utilization goals to contribute to the clinic's overall success.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients receiving multiple therapy services.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to participate in both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments as needed, adapting to clinical requirements.
