Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing evidence-based assessment techniques to identify physical limitations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to effectively manage pain and restore functional movement.
• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families on effective at-home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques, ensuring continuity of care beyond the clinic.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to track patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, including evaluation findings, treatment sessions, and progress notes, to comply with regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
