Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities, establishing individualized treatment goals and plans that are tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery, enhance mobility, and alleviate pain for patients suffering from orthopedic conditions.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention techniques to empower them in their rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily focus on outpatient orthopedic patients, ranging from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; advanced degrees (MPT or DPT) are highly regarded.
• Clinical experience of 2 to 3 years in outpatient or orthopedic settings, emphasizing the ability to perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Certification in BLS/CPR for healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with various performance-based bonuses.
