Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment and care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing your skills to address orthopedic conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients and coordinate care with referring physicians to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy that enhances patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Exercise independent judgment in evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment modalities as necessary to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Monitor and report on progress during treatment sessions, providing continuous support and encouragement to enhance patient motivation.
• Adhere strictly to federal and state physical therapy guidelines, ensuring high standards of practice are consistently met.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients suffering from orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with diverse demographics, including active adults and elderly patients seeking to regain mobility and strength. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall functionality.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.
• A strong foundation in physical therapy principles, with a focus on orthopedic assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Pain and Spine Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
