Client Success Project Manager

Waste Management

WM is seeking a Client Success Project Manager to oversee key customer accounts and ensure successful delivery of environmental and waste management services. In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact, lead implementation and service improvement projects, track performance metrics, and coordinate with operations, sales, and finance. You will analyze service data, resolve issues, and drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, sustainability outcomes, and operational efficiency while aligning with WM safety and compliance standards.
