Looking for a Sous Chef to run the line with us at Hege's, the French bistro in Freshfields Village.
$65–70K + yearly bonus
2 weeks paid vacation
Closed Sundays AND Mondays
Dinner only, Tue–Sat, last seat 8:30
55 seats, classical French technique
Team of 5 chefs
3+ years scratch kitchen, strong fundamentals, calm under pressure. French or fine-dining background a big plus.

Company Description

Hege's is a casual, welcoming French Bistro where you'll experience the same gracious hospitality as the coastal gentry of Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. No foams. No froths. Just respect for the ingredients, the season, and talent in the kitchen.
