As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and collect visitor or contractor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records. Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, deliveries, and materials in accordance with facility procedures; report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities to the appropriate contacts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area exteriors, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; document observations and report hazards, damaged property, and unusual activity. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
